The mission of the Peoria Planning and Growth Management Department is to provide professional advice, technical expertise, and quality service in the areas of Urban Planning, Zoning Administration and Community Development in order to achieve goals set by the City Council and to create, maintain, and enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Peoria.
